I purchased this ornament for my Son & Daughter in law & was so excited for them to receive it when I noticed I forgot to put their Apt # & when reading the disclaimer it states that if undeliverable it would be returned & destroyed. In a desperate measure I reached out to the company explaining me issue, thankful I put my sons phone, they were unable to deliver on the 1st attempt but they contacted him via text & call & was able to get the info needed. It was delivered & was everything I hoped for. They loved it, THANK YOU!

The Family Love Knows No Distance Christmas ornaments turned out great. My family members I had sent to for their trees loved them. Was able to pick out the shapes of the four states we all live in which was a great connection of all of us.
