It is a quality product, but I was not paying attention to the fact that in every photo, the direction that the husband/ father belts (for men) were printed upside down, meaning that our men would have to wear them like women (clockwise or to the right of the fly). Military men will ABSOLUTELY not like this as it is regulated to have the belt go counterclockwise for men and clockwise for women, and it will likely make them feel less fabulous than the message on the belt is supposed to suggest. So, although it is made from good quality leather and the words are clear and legible, DO NOT buy a belt for a man from this website unless he already wears his belt to the right. Additionally, I Purchased a custom belt, and the total time to date of delivery was 16 days. However, the bubble wrap envelope was peeled, stuck closed, and not secured with tape. It arrived in my mailbox opened. I ordered the gift box, and it was not included. I immediately contacted customer service and was refunded the 4.99 within 24 hours. Overall, it was a quality product and efficient customer service response; however, I would not have ordered had I paid attention to the direction in which the belt would have to be worn. $49.98 for a belt that made him scrunch his eyebrows immediately was not my intended idea of a birthday gift.
