We just love it. Great Christmas gift! My granddaughter will love it so much. The tracking info was very helpful.

My only criticism isn’t re: the item itself. I wish it had come in a box instead of Styrofoam ends and bubble wrap.

I bought the "I Wish We Lived Closer More Friends Version - Personalized Custom 3D Inflated Effect Tumbler" The quality is outstanding! Even more impressive than the website photo. I accidentally deleted my order email and customer service got right back to me with the details. That's great customer service! The 3D makes the product even more special than other tumblers out there.(Regarding the tumbler in the photo with three Pennsylvanias - I live an hour from my two grandsons and it's not close enough )

All the tumblers are very cute i bought one for me and one for my doctor as a birthday gift , arrived after 9 days in K.S.A , reasonable price for the design its 5 star for that.

Exactly what I needed for my friend. Great size for coffee or your favorite cold beverage. Ice lasts all day and coffee stays hot.
No spill lid is very effective. Highly recommend and Great value for the price
